Why "NoteKar"?
The name is Hindi wordplay: Note (नोट, a record) + Kar (कर, "to do"). Literally: "Make a note." It's a call to action disguised as a name: every tap is an act of noting your existence in time.
NoteKar started as YABP (Yet Another Boring Project), a boilerplate experiment that evolved into a sovereign time-accounting instrument. The "Kar" suffix also nods to the Marathi/Hindi word for "doer": NoteKar is the one who notes.
